How to Request a Refund

If you placed an order that’s eligible for return, here’s the process for requesting a return for it:

1. Visit your Erica Sara Designs customer account page:
   https://account.ericasara.com/
   
   In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. You’ll receive an email with a six-digit verification code. Copy it and go back to the account page and paste it in.
   
   
2. From your account page, click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click Request return.
   
   
3. If your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.
   
   
4. After the returned product is received by Erica Sara Designs, you’ll receive a refund, minus any original shipping charges, as described in our Refund Policy.
