I understand that custom engraved orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect with the order. In the case of a defect, I will contact Erica Sara Designs within three days of receipt.

I understand that it is my responsibility to enter engraving details correctly. Erica Sara Designs is not responsible for mistakes that I make while placing my order.

I understand that it will take time for my order to be produced before it is shipped, as described in the Production & Shipping Timelines, and that the shipping transit times listed on the checkout page do not include production time.

I understand that once Erica Sara Designs delivers my package to the shipping carrier, ESD has no control over it. If my package appears to be delayed or lost, I am responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with my tracking information.

For customers outside of the United States: All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of me, the buyer. These charges are normally collected by the shipping carrier. I am aware that if I refuse a shipment from Erica Sara Designs, I am still responsible for the original charges and any incurred import fees or taxes, and the charge to my credit card will not be refunded. I understand that Erica Sara Designs has no control over delivery once the package is given to the shipping carrier. I may be required to sign for the package when it is delivered.
